Kids at St Edyth’s
Kids at St Edyth’s (KASE) is what we call our activities for children and young people on Sunday mornings. Normally we meet together with the adults at 10.30 am for about 15 minutes, after which we divide into different groups which meet in various parts of the building.
Sometimes the programme followed by the groups mirror that of the adults, more often it will be different. We hope that the children and young people will enjoy worshipping, playing games, studying the Bible, and doing craft activities and that together we will learn how much God loves us and the ways we can serve him.
The groups are:
- Tiddlywinks (age 3 to school year 1), meeting in the Den (under the organ loft)
- Sparks (school year 2-4), meeting in the upper hall
- Buzz (school years 5-8), meeting in the main hall
- 42 (school years 9+), meeting in the upper lounge
There is also a Creche for under 3’s which meets in the room off the main hall.
