Funeral readings
There are lots of readings that you could use in the service. At a Christian funeral, one or more of these is likely to be from the Bible, and others might be from favourite poems or songs, or something else that was meaningful to the person who has died.
If someone from St Edyth’s will be conducting the funeral then they will come and talk about all aspects of the service, including the readings. But here are some links to some popular Bible readings so that you can take time to read them and think about what they say.
